If cooking is among your interests or had always been a mystery – you are invited to take part and enjoy one of our wonderful cooking workshops, during your visit to France.
Now, it is up to you whether it will be a 3-day program in Normandy, or a day-break in Paris.

Cooking experience in Normandy – an overwhelming vacation, that combines Normandy’s beautiful landscapes.
The workshop will be 3 days long, during the weekends (Friday-Sunday), and will take place at an old and unique stone house that was once a flour mill operated by water from the stream that runs by the house.
Cooking classes and meal preparations will be instructed by Chef Avi Engel and Genevieve.
Avi – a graduate of the French Culinary Institute (FCI) in New York City, Worked wonders as a chef of two local restaurants, later moved to Paris - where he still does what he loves - cooking.
Genevieve – descendant to a Normandy family originated in this region for many generations.
She is the owner of the old guest house that she inherited, and is well known for her fine cooking.
Genevieve is willing to share her region’s cooking secrets with her guests.

Cooking experience in Paris – take advantage of your next visit to Paris, to broaden your cooking skills by this hands-on workshop that takes place in an actual restaurant kitchen.
This workshop is instructed by a skilled local chef, which will guide you through the preparation of a whole gourmet meal.
Finally, you will enjoy this marvelous meal accompanied by wine and aperitif – at the restaurant’s dining room.
